Terms Of Service

  • Commissioner pays a fixed price based on the artist's time, not for the digital assets themselves.

  • The fixed price is based on a rate of €25/h, calculated from the past experience with similar work.

  • The payment must be done in €. PayPal is preferred.

  • Big commissions (like hair) will be handled by Artistree.

  • The fixed price is paid up-front, and is secured by Artistree.

  • The price only changes if the commissioner later changes the request.

  • The commissioner has the right to remain anonymous.

  • Finished work can be published either by the creator or the commissioner, including websites with a paywall (Patreon).

  • My work is not finished until the commissioner is satisfied. Significant changes can be done only during the WIP phase. After the mod is finished, only the support will be provided. Bug fixes are done free of charge.

  • Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Payment will be due for all work completed up to the point of termination.

Discord is my preferred way of communication. If you first message me on Discord, do not message me on Nexus/Patreon/Artistree - there is a chance I won't see it. But if you first contact me on Nexys/Patreon/Artistree, you can switch to Discord.
